Thyroid imbalance: $700

  • Three 60-minute appointments, one per month x 3 months.  Labs will be ordered after the first appointment and the cost of the program includes interpretation of all labs ordered.  Lab testing and supplements are not included in the cost of the program and are not billed through Renew. 
  • Toxic exposures environmental survey to reduce the toxic burden on thyroid gland.
  • Selection of appropriate thyroid medication (synthroid, cytomel, whole desiccated thyroid, compounded thyroid replacement) and management of dosing going forward.  
  • Full thyroid panel if not done recently.  Can be done through Labcorp, Quest, SpectraCell, or Genova.  Ideally, will obtain TSH, free T3, free T4, TPO Abs, Thyroglobuilin Abs, reverse T3, and T3 uptake.  
  • Vitamin levels to assess vitamin D, ferritin (iron), and vitamin B12.  May instead opt to do full micronutrient testing through SpectraCell, or nutrient levels plus toxin levels through Genova Diagnostics NutrEval.

Childhood anxiety, sensory issues, ADHD: $700

  • If indicated, comprehensive GI Effects stool testing.
